These reservations demand more than a typical booking: added communication, organization, supplier coordination, traveler management, and ongoing servicing throughout the life of the trip. Icon Quest Travel provides the specialized planning and coordination that makes traveling together feel effortless.
A transparent fee for specialized service.
Because group reservations require additional communication, organization, supplier coordination, traveler management, and ongoing servicing, a non-refundable Group Booking Service Fee applies to qualifying group reservations.

- Coordinating travel arrangements across the entire group
- Communicating important trip information to every traveler
- Maintaining group details, rooming lists, and reservations
- Assisting travelers with reservation-related questions
- Serving as the primary liaison between your group and travel suppliers
The service fee is separate from all supplier-required deposits, vacation payments, and other travel costs. Payment of the Icon Quest Travel Group Booking Service Fee does not constitute payment toward the travel reservation.
How your group pays for the vacation.
All payments for the actual vacation — including deposits, installment payments, and final balances — are processed according to the applicable travel supplier's payment requirements and policies.
Icon Quest Travel does not collect or hold client travel funds within the Spark client portal. Spark may display trip and payment information for reference, but clients will not make payments through Spark.
For group reservations, travelers will receive instructions regarding the approved method for submitting any supplier-required payment information.
