Icon Quest Travel is a travel planning service. We design itineraries, provide guidance, and coordinate bookings on your behalf. We are not a booking engine — every trip is shaped by a planner in conversation with you.

Reservations for cruises, resorts, flights, tours, and other travel services are made with third-party suppliers. Their own terms, conditions, and policies — including schedules, availability, and conduct — apply to your booking. Icon Quest Travel acts as your planner and intermediary, and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of those suppliers.

You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health documents. We'll guide you, but the responsibility for meeting entry requirements is yours.

Trip deposits, final payments, and payment schedules are set by the suppliers and will be communicated by your planner. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed, and some rates are non-refundable.

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the applicable suppliers. We'll help you understand them before you book and assist you in the event of a change, but refunds depend on the supplier's terms.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment against unexpected events. Your planner can help you understand your options.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Icon Quest Travel is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or circumstances outside our control. Our liability in connection with our planning services is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected trip.
